1 General Provisions

2 Account Registration

If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all related accounts may be closed and any bonuses in those accounts will be considered void.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility
All casino games and betting activities on hehe555 are for persons aged 21 or above only. Registration by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited.
If a person registers by providing false information about their age, the account will be closed immediately and any funds held in that account may be forfeited. hehe555 may request a copy of a national ID card or passport to verify age.
In addition, persons for whom online gaming or betting is prohibited by law may not use this platform.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal
4.1 Deposit
Current deposit methods available on hehe555 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
Only deposits from a payment account registered in the member's own name are accepted. Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned and the related account may be subject to investigation.
4.2 Withdrawal
The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Additional security verification may be required at the time of the first withdrawal.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
hehe555 runs various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has separate terms that are detailed on the relevant promotion page. The main rules are set out below:
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, the same household or from the same IP address.
- A bonus may only be usable on specific games or sections — this will be stated in the terms of each bonus.
- If a withdrawal is made before wagering is completed, the bonus and any winnings earned through the bonus will be cancelled.
- If any member attempts to abuse the bonus system, the account will be subject to investigation.

5.3 Bonus Cancellation
A bonus may be cancelled in the following cases: providing false information, operating multiple accounts, using improper methods to earn bonuses, and breaching the terms and conditions.
6 Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
No bet is valid until hehe555 has confirmed its acceptance. hehe555 reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted in error or placed at incorrectly displayed odds due to a technical fault.
6.2 Cricket Betting
The cricket betting section offers the opportunity to bet on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international matches. Rules for settling bets when a match is abandoned or inconclusive will be stated in the specific terms of the relevant section.
6.3 Casino Games
When participating in slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and other games, the relevant game provider's rules also apply. Game results are determined by the provider's system and hehe555 has no ability to alter those results.
6.4 Unfair Activity Prohibited
Abusing the betting system, match-fixing, using bots or attempting to gain an advantage by any other dishonest method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account and related funds will be forfeited.
7 Account Suspension and Closure
hehe555 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Providing false or misleading information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Abusing the bonus system
- Suspicious financial transactions
- Fraudulent activity
- Requirement for a security investigation
If an account is closed, the member may contact the support team via live chat or email. Whether the actual balance (excluding bonuses) in a legitimately closed account will be returned will be determined after investigation.
A member may also request closure of their account at any time. In that case, any outstanding balance will be returned by the designated method.
8 Privacy and Data Protection
